Connect three of the DVD, STB, PS3, Xbox 360, PC, DV, etc, to the "HDMI In 1, 2, 3" while your HDTV to the "HDMI Out". Then, at once you want to use one of the 3 connected devices, just press the button on the switch box to switch, rather than discommodiously reconnect the HDMI output devices (DVD, STB, PS3, Xbox 360, PC, DV, etc) again and again.
