You Get What You Pay For August 12, 2010 Totally Honest Reviewer (USA) This Belkin cable works ok. I also have Monster cable and have compared the two. The Monster cable by far out-performs the Belkin. The connectors on this Belkin are bulky and long and do not fit as well in the HDMI port as the Monster cable. The smaller connectors on the Monster are easier to connect. You can see at a glance the superior quality of the Monster construction when you compare the two side by side. Better construction ultimately means better picture and sound quality. Yes, this cable works for HDMI and one can get by with it fine. However, the picture, sound, and quality of the Monster are much better. You definitely get what you pay for.
Belkin HDMI July 30, 2010 Corey N. McLain (Stony Point, NC USA) Why do people spend $50.00 or more on an HDMI cable? This works perfectly, and I bought 3 at one time. Good quality cable and connectors. Will buy again if I have to.
Don't spend 40+ June 14, 2010 J. Karas This cable will do exactly what you need for 1/3 of the cost. Great shipping and great product. Save yourself the money and buy a discounted cable. No loss in peformance only gain on wallet weight. Once again a highly reviewed product that I made a jump on. Happy I did, don't hesitate.

This cable was a hit or miss for me. March 2, 2010 Striver 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have purchased three of these cable right here on amazon. One of the three cables has stoped functioning properly after a few days. I was playing my Xbox 360 one night which I hooked up using this Belkin cable and my tv screen just went black and started switching resolutions between 1080i and 1080p and at times the TV would not detect my Xbox as beeing connected at all. I wasn't sure if it was the cable or something wrong with my Xbox or my brand new set, so I connected it to the PS3 on a different set and experienced the same problem, the TV would not detect an HDMI connection there as well, so I am certain that this particular cable wasn't working as it should. I am not suggesting to go out and buy an expensive HDMI cable, most likely it's an isolated case and these Belkin cables aren't that bad, but I wouldn't buy this particular cable again and I would not recomend it. The connecters are too long also. There's an innexpensive amazon branded HDMI cable which I have purchased here as well and it seems to be a better cable.
