Customer Reviews: Came up "short" February 14, 2008 E. Dornell 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This cable was billed not just as a replacement for the Canon STV 250N but the actual cable so I thought I would be getting the identical cord that came with my camera. The one I received is 1/5 to 1/3 shorter. I don't know what market they are trying to appease by that measure. Also, the mini plug is at a right angle to the cable instead of straight. It's not a favorable feature if you know the socket hub of the Canon cameras. I don't know where to go to get the exact copy of the original Canon composite A/V cable, but this ain't it.
